The orientation of the planet's orbit is changing continuously.

Such a planet would rotate in a different plane in orientation to our current planet orbits, and probably formed in a wide-binary orbit.

In fact, this is what almost happens, except that the nodes of the lunar orbit are gradually shifting their orientation in space.
