Paraoxonase2 (PON2) gene polymorphism (C311S at exon 9) was determined by PCR-RFLP in 327 type 2 diabetic patients with various degrees of albuminuria.
CONCLUSION: Paraoxonase2 gene C311S polymorphism exists in the population of Guangxi Nanning area, and this gene polymorphism may have certain differences in different areas.
