This paper presents an approach to parametric fault diagnosis of power electronic circuits.

For linear analog circuits, the voltage relation function is a linear function and the slope can be the fault character to diagnose both catastrophic faults and parametric faults.

Aiming at the problem of testing parametric fault in analog integrated circuits, an approach based on power spectrum correlation analysis for diagnosing parametric faults is presented.
