In this paper, we propose a new trust region algorithm for solving a class of composite nonsmooth optimization subject to convex constraints.

Based on the actually measured nature stress data of Shenzhen region, nature stress field of entire Shenzhen region was simulated by using optimization algorithms method.

And in this foundation, the countermeasures and measures were proposed to realize the landscape pattern optimization of this region.
