In this paper, by using the principal component analysis and optimal sorting method, we get a solution for the assessment of educational practise and then give the calculation of a example.

A sub -optimal method is given which requires only a sorting operation.

A model is established to minimize the cost and solved by the method of integral sorting to obtain the optimal ordering lot sizing, then a numerical example is provided to illustrate the problem.
