  The results indicated: when sheep were fed soybean meal based,basal rumen niacin production rates were 2.50mg/h. Daily niacin production rates were 5.06mg/h,niacin disappearance rates were（1.90mg/h,） passage rates out the rumen were 3.16mg/h and passage rates into the duodenum were1.73mg/h.

  通过灌注的方法提高烟酸产量后,烟酸在瘤胃内的产生速率为5.06 mg/h;消失速率则为1.90 mg/h;瘤胃内烟酸的外流速率为3.16 mg/h;同时得出烟酸在十二指肠的流通速率为1.73 mg/h。
