This paper investigates an optical reorientation process of azo dye doped liquid crystals and explains the dependence of the enhancement factor on the incident light direction.
By adjusting the proportioning of precursory constituent and controlling coating parameter and drying process and temperature, the authors had obtained the organic dye film with good optical quality.
