The soil nutrient index calculated from bacterial population indicated that the nutrient levels of the four grass-forest systems were very low, only between 0.003 and 0.014.

Soil nutrient index of 6 different utilization patterns in research area was measured. Significance of difference and soil nutrient level in different utilization patterns were comparatively analyzed.

The results showed that the comprehensive index of the seawater nutrient condition was less than 1 and seawater quality was in poor condition.
