How to eat: Mix with a little butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Butter a 16cm x 16cm ovenproof dish and layer the potatoes, sprinkling the garlic, cheese, nutmeg and seasoning between the layers and leaving a bit of cheese for the top.

Sauté the spinach in the butter for 2-3 minutes and season with the nutmeg. Serve immediately.
