Finally, the algorithm is tested by three test functions of numerical optimization. The emulational experiment results show that this improved algorithm has greater probability of convergence.

Numerical result from IEEE-14 test system shows that the presented algorithm reflects the relationship of security and economy and is helpful to construct reasonable pricing system in power market.

At the same time, the branch-and-bound algorithm and greedy algorithm are developed to solve the model, and a numerical example is given to illustrate and test the algorithms.
