Kuat Drive Yards developed the All Terrain Open Transport as a basic overland troop carrier.

The build-up of troops may have caused short-term delays in aid deliveries, but will pay off if they quickly open transport routes without which nothing would reach the needy anyway.

Functions like transport, policing, supermarkets and hospitals will stay open but otherwise the country will largely come to a standstill.
