The flow field and temperature field of the uniformity phase fluid were measured by PIV and the steadystate method during the state of onflow.

Compared with the effects of amplitudes of the speed ratio function on the(lapping) uniformity, the effect of phase is much less.

The results indicated that: The prepared sample is pure phase, the sample particle size uniformity, grain boundary clear of higher quality;
