  Objective:The climacteric is the transitional period of a woman from bearing to aged-ness. During this period, ovarian atrophy and dysfunction gradually, that excretion of estradiol(E2) decreased markedly.

  目的:更年期是妇女由生育期向老年阶段过渡的时期,其间卵巢萎缩,卵巢机能逐渐衰退,雌激素含量明显下降,导致下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴协调功能改变。
