• 甲氧氯普安

  Methods: 17 unrelated Chinese Han male volunteers were recruited in the study. 10 mg metoclopramide was administered three times daily for three consecutive days (day 2 to day4) .

  Prophylactic use of metoclopramide could decrease the rate of POV happening within 8 hours after surgery. But it had no effect on the POV happening 8 hours after surgery.
