The artiele reported a case of neurofibroma. The patient was a 18- year-old male with brown macule at left leg.

Among them 35 had fever, 25 typical maculopapule, 11 non-typical rash, 9 the Koplise macule, 26 cough and sneeze, 7 bloody-eyes.

Histologically, the characteristic lesion of CWP is the so-called coal macule, which consists of a focal accumulation of coal dust surrounded by a small amount of fibrous tissue.
