This paper presents an interactive method for a multiple attribute group decision making problem with incomplete information.

For the sake of the limitation of product effect of the Probability-Effect Matrix, the paper adopts the Ideal Point Method which is often used in Multiple Attribute Decision Making.

For the complexity of aerospace project development, its risk evaluating model was proposed on the basis of modern multiple attribute linguistic decision method.
