Objective To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on the activity of SOD and MDA content of peritonealmacrophages in the normal mice and the nonobase diabetes(NOD) mice.
The results showed that the phagocytic rate of peritonealmacrophages of mice was not increased by injection with IRNA either one or two times against staphylococcus aureus.
