They were asking that Apple be enjoined from using the "Tiger" moniker to promote its new operating system (Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, natch) anywhere on its web site or in any new advertising, packaging or signage.

Tiger Direct isn't asking Apple to yank boxes of Mac OS X 10.4 off the shelves this evening (nor a nationwide manhunt for any of the boxes delivered early) what they want is for Apple to forget the word "Tiger" ever existed.
