This chat server is pretty simple. It is so simple that it is lacking some very basic features such as an identification of who sent each message or handling the case where a client disconnects.

For identification, you can use WS-Security Username token embedded into the header of the SOAP message sent by the client application.

The typical structure of the message they send to obtain this information contains a product identification, a quantity and a target delivery date.
