An integer programming model was presented based on the rules of motor train-set operation.

At last the paper designed and implemented simulation system which can weave and display the train running scheme and motor train-set scheduling, be manually adjusted, and count indexes.

Therefore this paper would research on a rapid access to reach the situation of motor train-set operating and maintaining when the train plan is given.
