Objective: to evaluate the clinical curative effect of somatostatin and gabexatemesilate in the treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis.

Results:The level of serum amylase and pathological score of pancreatic tissue in gabexatemesilate-treated group were significantly less than those in the pancreatitis-control group(P<0.05).
结果：加贝酯治疗组的血清淀粉酶水平和胰腺组织炎症评分均显著低于胰腺炎对照组（P＜0．05）。
