In view of low milling efficiency, the effect of milling form, loading coefficient of materials, rotational speed of ball mill, milling time and grinding aid on milling efficiency was discussed.
The result shows that production of high strength screw bars is reasonable by the control rolling and control cooling process on high-speed wire mill with the capacity of low temperature rolling.
结果表明，在具有低温轧制能力的高线轧机生产线上，采用控轧控冷工艺生产高强度钢筋是可行的。

The Low tension control is successfully accomplished in the roughing and intermediate mill of the high speed wire rod mill at Tangshan Iron and Steel co., and a good effect is obtained.
