Finally the application of the new modeling method to model test of cavitation and noise of propeller working behind is discussed.

By means of depression model test, this paper researches cavitation characteristics of service gate slots for middle outlet works of Jishixia hydropower station.

It introduces the cavitation phenomenon of hydraulic turbine. The relationship between the cavitation factor and the water temperature is analyzed and it was verified by the model test results.
