When it was founded in 1926, Toyoda Automatic Loom Works (as it was then known) manufactured automatic fabric looms that could detect problems and shut down automatically.
The loom for weaving this fabric should not only be equipped with the electronic take-up and let-off devices, but also possess the interface of inputting pick density distribution pattern.
It dealed with the processing practice for weaving sateen towel fabric on common jacquard loom and the problems occurred during the manufacture processes.
