At last, we design an experimental system including signal source, power amplifier array and loudspeaker array. Some experiments of the directive property of loudspeaker array are completed.

This amplifier has the good consistency and strong adaptability to the ultrasonic transducer, it meets the need of HIFU phased array.

This optical buffer is composed with optical fiber delay lines, optical waveguide switching array and nonlinear semiconductor amplifier.
