The Named Insured shall have the right to claim for a Partial Loss in lieu of a Constructive Total Loss.

Insurance policy provisions should be uniform as to named insured notice and cancellation clauses territory etc.

The Named Insured agrees to waive no further rights after commencement of the Policy Period without the written agreement of the Insurers, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
