Currently this star is too faint to be visible with the naked eye, but over the next few months it will start climbing in brightness until it becomes one of the brightest stars in this constellation.

In the two days leading up to the full moon, the orb might look full to the naked eye, but its brightness is only half of what it will be on the night that the moon is full.
