It is not concerned with the dynamic behavior of the user interface, or even of business logic behavior.

Ideally, methods on the facade should provide high-level access to the business logic behavior and contain no hint of how the logic is actually implemented.

Then you can try to eliminate any major design flaws or problems, especially with regard to infrastructure and network availability, and also, later, to identify any logic flaws in the behavior.
