Based on the model of formation rate, a prediction model for parking demand in urban central areas is build with the introduction of location factors.

This article has built a new traffic prediction model considering the location factors in traffic districts, compared it with the traditional analytical method through numerical examples.

The location potential BCM estimating model is established on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the location factors, and it is also the importance foundation of the location decisions.
