The disturbed extremum scheme accelerates the particles to overstep the local extremum.

Using this method, the noisy point is determined quickly by looking for the local extremum and the classified markers are made for all pixels of the image.

Experiments show that this algorithm can speed up the learning process of network, and solve the problem of local extremum in learning process to a certain extend.
