The output frequency of ICL is obtained from the resonance condition, and the comparison is carrying out among ICL, Cyclotron Auto resonance Maser (CARM) and conventional Free Electron Laser (FEL).
Based on the model, a code of nonlinear beam-wave interaction in the CARM amplifier has been made. We use this code to simulate the experiment achieved in Mashachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
The second chapter expatiates the theory of electron cyclotron maser, the operational principle of CARM, and the practicable of coaxial-waveguide CARM amplifier.
