The results indicated that two strains both have high capability of biodegradation. 本论文从长期污染的土壤中筛选到两株降解多环芳烃的分枝杆菌，对其进行了固体平板，摇床培养和污染土壤中的降解效果研究，结果表明这两株菌均有很强的降解能力。
