At present most of the domestic large casting production features a higher investment and lower efficiency.

The main task of the system is to assess assembled vats, pressure vessels and rotation components by using COD and J-integral theory, and to assess large casting and forging components by FATT theory.

Improper forging process will also appear large grain or uneven, hardening crack phenomenon, forging cost is higher than the casting flange.
