This is a normal coronary artery. The lumen is large, without any narrowing by atheromatous plaque. The muscular arterial wall is of normal proportion.

The procedures of temporary clipping the parent artery narrowing the aneurysmal neck and puncture or resection of aneurysmal body should be undertaken for giant aneurysms.

A skull workup was normal and MR angiogram revealed only mild narrowing of the left posterior cerebral artery.
