It is the responsibility of the Supplier to arrange export license (s), if required for the Goods covered by this Contract from his own country at his own expense.

The seller should supply the goods in accordance with the contract and provide at his expense any export license or other governmental authorization necessary for the export of goods.

The buyer must obtain at his own risk and expense any export and import license or other official authorization and carry out, where applicable3 all customs formalities for die export of the goods.
