You can use the Visual Studio 2005 class library template to easily create an Excel Services managed-code UDF assembly.

Since the project will be used to compile the OpenLDAP client library, the project should be created with the static library template.

Once created, templates are stored in a template library and are made available to be consumed by the user community.
