Result: Total 15 coumarins were separated, the relative contents of oxyimperatorin, imperatorin and isoimperatorin being up to 42.40%, 22.14% and 12.12% respectively.
Methods:The total content of coumarins was determined by UV. The content of imperatorin, isoimperatorin and oxypeucedanin hydrate in different samples was carried out by HPLC.
