Objective To explore the anomalous results of ABO bloodgrouping by monoclonal reagents.

Result During routine we had discovered 5 anomalous results of ABO bloodgrouping by monoclonal reagents. 3 cases were false negative and 2 ones were false positive.
结果在常规工作中，单克隆试剂导致ABO血型鉴定结果异常者5例，最后被确定为假阴性3例，假阳性2例。

Method: Using positive negative bloodgrouping to detect ABO blood group, and investigating family heredity, birth order, birth month, compared with normal subjects.
