Achyranthes bidentata BL, a famous medica plant, was transferred by ri plasmid with Agrobacterium rhizogenes, and hairy root with kanamycinresistance was induced successfully.
PCR detection results showed that 30 plants showed positive in 37 kanamycinresistance plants. Its indicated that the foreign gene VP7 had already integrated into genome of receptor plants.
