Two interpolation methods, which are linear interpolation method and the Lagrange interpolation method, are compared for calculating the rate model of multi-component nonlinear liquid chromatography.
Study was carried out on such indexes as chromatography condition, sample disposal, recovery rate test, extraction efficiency test, linear range, detection limit and accuracy of the method.
The ideal model of liquid chromatography in gradient elution was solved by using the characteristic approach on the assumption of a linear solvent strength model.
