Objective To investigate the feasibility of labeling iris pigment epithelial(IPE)cells of rabbits with 5-(and 6-)carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester(CFSE).
RESULTS: There were changes including adherence cells on the surface of the intraocular lenses, chronic inflammatory changes in iris and ciliary body and posterior capsular opacification.
