LS干预处理绒癌细胞6h后提取细胞总RNA,用RT-PCR方法检测细胞HPA mRNA的表达水平。 结果:(1)在硫酸昆布多糖(LS)浓度为0.2ug/ml,0.4ug/ml,0.6ug/ml,0.8ug/ml时对绒癌细胞生长的抑制作用随浓度的增加而抑制效果明显提高,各组的抑制率分别为24.62%、46.89%、62.58%、69.35%。
