Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Management Team no payments shall be made or money withdrawn from the account except for the purposes of the JointVenture.

The fiscal year of the jointventure company shall be from January 1 to December 31. All vouchers, receipts, statistic statements and reports, account books shall be written in Chinese.
