Why do we study industrial accounting?

In the first academic year we learned Principles of Accounting, and in the following years we learned Cost Accounting, Commercial Accounting, Industrial Accounting, and Mangagement Accounting.

Those who work for manufacturing concerns are sometimes called industrial accountants. Some large corporations employ hundreds of employees in there accounting offices.
