Tzu Chi has built seven primary schools and three nurseries in Ladysmith, South Africa. But due to a lack of funding they can't afford to buy extracurricular reading material.

In South Africa, Ladysmith Tzu Chi volunteers deliver winter clothing, books and school supplies for needy students while local residents also hope to contribute by joining their ranks of recycling.
