Methods the operative technique of retrograde suction decompression of giant intracranial aneurysm in 3 patients was summarized and the prognosis were followed up.
Methods: All 96 patients were treated with clearance of intracranial hematoma, decompression, intraventricular drainage and simple trepanation & drainage. Postoperative intensive nursing was applied.
Conclusions Microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia was effective, and could preserve trigeminal nerve function, but it must take a risk of intracranial operation and partial recurrence.
