The influence of load characteristics to the relative electrical distance index is discussed and compared with the voltage stability load bus index. The equivalence of both indexes is proved.

By the effect of the optimization of Bus Scheduling, this paper bring forward evaluation index model to evaluate optimization results, and give the corresponding algorithm of the model.
