Nanoindentation has been widely used to evaluate and test material properties, we utilize the unloading curves of an indentationtest to extract the hardness and reduced modulus of the material.
Based on the analysis of the features of brinell hardnesstestindentation image the applied image segmentation algorithm based on the histogram of the indentation image is put forward.
