We found that bovine serum albumin was accumulated by chordoma cells from the incubation media, and this accumulation depended on extracellular pH, with the highest accumulation at alkaline pH.

Confirm the sterility of each sterilized batch of medium by incubating a portion of the media at the specified incubation temperature for 14 days. No growth of microorganisms occurs.

This is due to the changes to media and sample quantities and the new incubation conditions.
