It is shown that the filter presented in the paper has the ability of effective removing the positive impulsenoise and better protection for edges and details with simple row and column processing.
The experimental results show that the circuit can generate typical impulsenoise, white noise and mixed noise that has wide applying value in the study of signal processing.
